Pastor Venture ("Vee") O. Carter
Founder & Senior Pastor
Pastor Venture Carter a.k.a "Pastor Vee" is a native of Hampton, Virginia. He has served in ministry since the tender age of four years old first as a musician progressing to Youth Pastor at his Home Church in Newport News VA.
Upon his high school graduation, he continued his career by going into the military. Pastor Vee is an Air Force Veteran with 8 years of Active Duty Service and 7+ years of Federal Civilian Service. During his time in the military, he used his gift of ministry to influence and change the lives of others while fighting for his country.
As a preeminent scholar, Pastor Carter is a graduate of Wayland Baptist University and a National Honor's Society Graduate from Walden University with a Master's of Science Degree in Leadership along with a Master's in Leadership Certificate.
In September of 2017, he founded Faith Life Worship Center.
In 2022 Pastor Venture heard God's call to relocate his ministry to Orlando, FL. He rebranded and relaunched the church, which is now Faith II Freedom Church. Pastor Carter’s desire is to be an Effective and Efficient Leader proclaiming God's Word (Holy Bible) through community outreach. His life is dedicated to living the word by example and encouraging men and women how to live up to their full potential in Christ.
Pastor Carter is married to Elect Lady LaQuette Carter and has two beautiful children, Melanie and V.J.

LaQuette Carter is a native of Tampa, Florida and was raised in San Antonio, Texas. She is the wife of Pastor Venture Carter and the First Lady of Faith II Freedom Church in Orlando, FL.
​Lady C. accepted the Lord as her Savior at a very early age. She became a Licensed Minister of the Gospel in 2014, and has enjoyed serving God’s people and spreading the Good News of Jesus Christ through preaching, singing multiple genres of music and prayer/intercession.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Music Education from the University of Texas at San Antonio and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Webster University. Lady Carter has also obtained a Technical Certificate in Network Security.

Lady C. is thankful to God for placing her in a position to be a helpmate to such a wonderful man of God, Pastor Venture Carter. She accredits him for being a noble example, a great mentor, a wonderful teacher and a phenomenal leader. Under his guardianship, she has learned how to enhance her walk with God and to accept the plans that God has for her. She strives to be an example of a virtuous woman, a woman who yields herself to God in every area of her life.
